Frequently asked questions

How do you ship? 
Because we ♡ you, we offer free standard shipping through USPS on all US orders. 

How long does shipping take? 
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. During this time we will be doing a happy dance in gratitude for your purchase. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon will be processed on the following Monday. Standard shipping takes an estimated 5-7 business days but we will do our best to bend space-time and get that bling on your finger (or neck) ASAP. If you'd like to receive your package extra soon, please select express shipping during checkout. Express shipping costs $15 on all US orders and takes 2-3 business days. 

In the event that the item you purchased is back ordered or preordered, we'll give you a heads up and work to get your order to you as soon as possible. Because each piece is handmade with care in a charming town surrounded by volcanos in the tropics, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to ship.

Where do you ship to? 
We currently ship to the US and Canada. Costs for Canada are calculated at shipping. However, no matter where you live we can figure something out. Please email us at hello@renehabie.com with subject line International Shipping if you'd like to receive an order outside of our current shipping zones. We'll get back to you with a quote. Duties and taxes are not included in the total for international purchases. It is the recipient's responsibility to cover any import fees that may be incurred by local customs agencies. 

Can you make custom sizes in your rings? 
Why, of course!!! Email us at hello@renehabie.com with subject line Custom Order. Please note that custom orders have a lead time of 2-3 weeks from date of purchase and in some cases may incur a fee.


What is your return policy?
We hope that you'll love your order, but we do accept returns within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be in unused condition with original packaging. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns (yes, we will notice if you send us a ring pop...)

To return your purchase, please send us an email at hello@renehabie.com with the subject line Return and your order number. Once your items have been received and the return authorized, we will reimburse the full amount in the original form of your payment.

Please note that return shipping charges cannot be refunded. We suggest insuring your package and using a shipping service that offers tracking as this is a crazy world and we cannot be responsible for lost return items.

What if my item is incorrect or damaged?
We try our best to make sure that your order is perfect friends, but mistakes do happen occasionally. Please e-mail us at hello@renehabie.com and we'll take care of you. Please write incorrect as the subject line in your email and include a picture of the damaged or incorrect item. 


What is your repair policy? 
Our jewelry is handcrafted and should be enjoyed often and handled with care. If one of your pieces happens to break, please send a picture to hello@renehabie.com with the subject line Repair. Please note that repairs can take up to 6 weeks from the date we receive the item.
